Scholarship Certificates will be presented at the JAGS Gives Back Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, June 12, 2026, during opening ceremonies with recipients and/or family members expected to be in attendance for the presentation.
Please note: Late applications will not be considered.
SELECTION PROCESS: Each application will be reviewed by the Academic Scholarship Committee for consideration.
Scholarship recipient(s) will be notified by email by May 1, 2026 and posted on the JAGS Gives Back website after the presentation ceremony. Non-winners will NOT be notified.

- Applicant must be a high school student who is eligible for graduation May/June, 2026
- Applicant must have a 2.5 or higher grade point average.
- Applicant should be active in school activities, leadership programs and service to their community.
- Applicant must enroll in an accredited Vocational or Technical School, Community College, 4 Year College or University in the fall of 2026. If awarded, Scholarship will not be funded until enrollment verification is received by the educational institution for the fall of 2026.
- Applicant must submit a completed typed application with all questions answered.
- Applicant must include an official copy of their full school transcript showing academic grade point average through the first semester or second tri-mester of their Senior year.
- Applicant must obtain TWO letters of recommendations from non-family members.
- Applicant is required to write an ESSAY of no more than 2 pages typed and double spaced.
- Email or Mail your completed and signed application form with your official transcript, along with the required letters of recommendations as listed above.
- A new applicant must be accepted for enrollment as a full time student at an accredited college, university, graduate program, or trade school with either a high school diploma or GED certificate of completion awarded before December 31, 2025 with a minimum gpa of 2.5 or has completed one year of higher education with an overall gpa of 2.0 or higher.
New applicants who are enrolled in a Masters, Doctorate, Medical, Nursing or Legal programs may apply. If awarded, Scholarship will not be funded until enrollment verification has been received by the educational institution for the fall of 2026. - Applicant must submit a completed typed application.
- Students who are already attending college, university or a trade school must include an official copy of their school transcript showing academic grade point average through the first semester or second quarter of their current academic year. Students who are not currently attending college, university or a trade school must submit a copy of either their a high school diploma or their high school certificate of completion (GED) with this application. In addition, full school transcript is required for proof of an overall 2.5 high school gpa or copy of GED certificate with gpa attached documents.
- Applicant must obtain (2) two letters of recommendations from non-family members.
- Applicant is required answer one (1) non-essay question.
- Applicant is required to answer one (1) ESSAY question of no more than 2 pages typed and double spaced.
Applicant must still be a full-time student enrolled and attending an accredited college, university or trade school and completed one (1) full year of higher education as a full time student who received a JAGS Gives Back Scholarship the prior year. Graduate students enrolled in a Masters, Doctorate, Medical, Nursing or Legal programs may apply if they received a JAGS Gives Back Scholarship the prior year.
- Applicant must have an overall 2.0 or higher grade point average.
- Applicant must submit a completed typed application.
- Applicant must include an official copy of their school transcript showing academic grade point average through the first semester or second quarter of their current academic year.
- Applicant must list activities they are involved with while earning their higher education, such as: Internships, Mentorships, Clubs, Athletics, Fraternity or Sorority, Community Service, Employment, or Leadership Roles.
- Applicant is required to submit an ESSAY of no more than 2 pages typed and double spaced.
